Overview
Rhode engaged us to transform a visually strong but conversion-light website into a growth engine for product discovery and repeat purchases. We restructured the shopping journey from discovery to checkout, pairing editorial storytelling with clear product pathways and stronger purchase cues. This improved flow reduced friction and made revenue-driving actions feel natural.
What We Did
We refreshed the commerce experience across landing pages, collection pages, and product detail layouts while preserving brand tone. We also improved merchandising logic, bundle visibility, and on-page decision support to increase add-to-cart confidence and reduce abandonment.

We used a conversion-first workflow: baseline analytics review, hypothesis-driven UX updates, controlled rollout, and post-launch tuning. This kept the redesign grounded in business outcomes while protecting the premium aesthetic the brand is known for.
